To run the store: to sign you in, record sales and stock, follow up payments, pay agent commissions, and keep a record of who did what so mistakes and misuse can be traced.
Only store staff, and only what their role needs. For example, online agents see their own orders and commission; the Administrator and Manager see sales, accounts and the Audit Log. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone outside the store, except when the law requires it.
Sales, payment and commission records are kept as long as the store needs them for its business and tax records. When an account is disabled, its name stays on past records so they remain complete.
